Belated and Early Dairy Free Birthday Cupcakes
My whole family is coming to spend tomorrow with us to help us around the house on some big projects and while they are down we are going to have a little triple birthday part for me, my mom, and my dad. My mom’s birthday was on September 26th, mine was September 27th and my dad’s is October 13th so we’re kind of in the middle of all of them and its the only day all of us will be together.
To help celebrate my mom is bringing cupcakes that one of my sister’s friends makes. These are the cutest cupcakes and while I have seen them on her blog, I have never had the pleasure of eating one, even though everyone else has! I get to taste test every one of these cupcakes though because she made them all with dairy free products!
This reminded me of the cupcakes I make and freeze for snacks for the hubby and I. I made them last week and have taken all of the pictures but I just haven’t written it all out yet.
